Shipping policy

Due to the nature of being a business where we print to demand, we aim for 14 working day turnaround or less on all orders. During busier periods (reopening/new product launches, high seasons) your order might reach the maximum of our estimated turnaround time. If your order exceeds the 14 working day turnaround after our estimated making time (excluding shipment time) was confirmed by a member of our team, our promise to you would be eligibility for a discount on a future order. 

After your order has been shipped, your order should arrive within 4 working days, contrary to, please allow up to 7 working days for the parcel to arrive before enquiring on tracking incase of delays. Oz & Bell cannot take responsibility for courier delays. A parcel may be deemed lost after 14 working days after the order has been officially shipped, therefore if no updates are given on tracking or by courier, a refund or replacement should be issued by Oz & Bell to you (Customer).

Oz & Bell is based in England, but we also ship world wide. Please note that International orders can take up to 14 working days to arrive, international shipping prices may vary depending on location and weight of parcels. You (the customer) are responsible for any customs that may occur and are not included in shipping prices.

Our orders are completed by a first served basis and in order. Prioritising or fast tracking your order may be available at an additional charge*.

Custom orders: Custom orders may take slightly longer to process and ship depending on the requirements, process or demand.
