O&B RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICES

How do I process a return?

To process a return,  returns should be processed within 14 days. To start the process of requesting a return, please fill out our return request form here. If your return is approved, we will email you with our return address. If you wish to return garments, garments should be unworn and in its original condition. Original mail bag packaging is not necessary. If you have a tracking number for your return, please email us on our original email conversation thread with your tracking number/receipt. Under no circumstances are you to return any garments without making an enquiry and it being accepted. The customer will be responsible for the return and it’s costs. If an enquiry is made but items are not received by us (Oz & Bell), a refund shall not be processed.  When returning we (Oz & Bell) ask that you include your (Customer) name that was originally stated on your order when placed, in the parcel or on your printed label to avoid any confusion. If you received your order more than 14 days ago, your return request will be denied.

Returns assessment:

Upon receiving your item we (Oz & Bell) will assess the garment and it’s condition to ensure the garments are in new and original condition. If garments appear to be worn or used, we (Oz & Bell) have the right to refuse the refund. Once garments have been assessed by a member of the team, we will contact you to say the return has been received and accepted, and a refund will be processed within 4 working days to the original payment method used by you (Customer). If a return is made and enquired to exchange size of garments, your new order will be sent out as per our original turnaround time. 

Damaged/Faulty Items

If you receive your garments and they appear to be faulty or damaged, you are eligible for a refund. When you have received our (Oz & Bell) garments, garments should be inspected urgently. Please see above on how to request a return and/or refund and if the garments appear faulty, and please attach a clear photo(s) of fault. 

Non returnable Items

Garments that are Personalised in any way are not eligible for a refund unless garment appears to be faulty. When making an order for a personalised or custom item, please ensure your order is correct before submitting. If you are uncertain about garment sizing, please contact us (Oz & Bell) so we can help and advise. 

What happens if I ordered the wrong size?

If you are unsure on garments sizing and no size guide is shown, contact us so we are able to help. Before confirming and placing your order with us  (Oz & Bell) please ensure that you have selected the correct sizing. Our return rules apply to incorrect sizing return enquiries. Garments should be in original and new condition. Upon request for a return due to size, an exchange will be offered rather than a refund due to the nature of us being a print to order/demand business.
