SHIPPING
Our turnaround time, and shipping time should not be confused, as they are different.
Turnaround time: The estimated time it will take from recieving your order to disptaching your order. We carefully print most of our garments here in our HQ, therefore it may take longer during busier periods to process and print your order.
Shipping time: The estimated time it will take to arrive after we have shipped your order and it out of our hands with our chosen courier (Royal Mail).
Pre order items are excluded from our usual estimated turnaround time, the new estimated turnaround time for specific pre order items can be seen in our product descriptions clearly.
We ship all parcels with TRACKED 42H ROYAL MAIL. This is so you and ourselves are able to track your parcel incase of any delays or losses. We want your parcel to arrively safely and this gives us and you safety.
